Blasting, powder coating and other metal surface finishes are carried out in the vicinity of Brno-venkov by PLADO sro, which is based in Ivančice. We are also able to process orders for Znojmo, Třebíč and Pohořelice.
In our powder coating shop we paint steel, galvanized parts, aluminum and stainless steel and generally all metal products with a temperature resistance above 200 ° C. We will also produce orders for oversized parts, but after prior consultation. We will also repair old paints, repaint old paints and corrosion without removing them, and also paint products with areas where paint cannot be applied. Otherwise, we do not paint materials such as plastic, wood, ceramics, glass or concrete, as well as products that come into direct contact with silicone or silicone-containing substances.
Manual blasting is performed for oversized parts, medium and small parts using an automatic blasting machine. Products that cannot be blasted can be pre-treated by phosphating. we use manual grinding as a supplementary pre-treatment. Before painting, we also mask the required surfaces and threads. The powder coating itself is carried out in a paint booth with floor suction using Wagner hand paint guns. The applied powder layer is cured in a baking oven.
The products we process also undergo product inspection, including final inspection, at each stage. We also pack the product for our clients. We provide transportation with our Peugeot Boxer flatbed (10 pallets 1200 x 800 mm, 1, 5 tons)
